- Mineralys offers the sale of interior decoration products based on minerals, designed in an artisanal manner in France.

3. Orders:
- Orders are placed via our website www.mineralys.fr.
- The ordering process, validation, and confirmation are detailed on the site.

4. Price and Payment:
- Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
- Accepted payment methods are specified during the ordering process. All our payments are secured via our payment provider Shopify Pay.

5. Delivery:
- Delivery times and costs are clearly indicated on the site at the payment stage when the customer enters their delivery address.
- In the event of an unforeseen delay, we invite the customer to contact our customer service at: sav@mineralys.fr

6. Right of Withdrawal:
- In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the receipt of the products. The return is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Guarantees:
- Mineralys ensures the conformity of the products. However, some defects may remain apparent on the creation due to its artisanal design. Mineralys cannot be held responsible for any possible refund for this reason.

8. Responsibilities:
- Mineralys cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the use of its products.
- Mineralys' liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Protection of Personal Data:
- Mineralys is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Details are specified in our Privacy Policy available on the site.

10. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction:
- Any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions will be governed by French law.
- In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is the Paris Commercial Court.

11. Modification of the T&Cs:
- Mineralys reserves the right to modify the T&Cs.

12. Nullity of a Clause:
- If a clause of these T&Cs is declared null and void, the other clauses remain in force.

13. Language of the T&Cs:
