HOME DELIVERY

Standard (3 to 6 working days)

Our standard delivery method guarantees that your order will reach you within 3 to 6 working days following the preparation time of your order.

Express (24-72h)

For those in a hurry, our express delivery method ensures rapid receipt of your order in just 24 to 72 hours from the dispatch of your order.

- Price: 13.90 (for orders below 70)
- Free (for orders of 70 and more)

Delivery to Relay Point.

We work with Mondial Relay and Chronopost to offer you more than 30,000 relay points available in France. The choice of the relay point is made after payment, therefore, the relay point closest to your home is automatically selected during payment but can be modified after payment at your convenience.

Express (24-48h)

- Price: 7.90


NOTE: The delivery time indicated on the site is to be considered from the shipment of the product. The preparation time for your order can take up to 4 working days (and up to 7 days in case of high demand). This is when your order can be shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive regular email notifications regarding the status of your order, allowing you to track its progress at each stage of the delivery process.

Returns

Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to return a product. Please note that the return costs in the event of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery note, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return for 'transport damage' and will bear the return costs. Contact our customer service at sav@mineralys.fr to report the problem.
